Downtown non-profit organization seeks Temp-to-Hire Executive Admin to support Managing Director.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to projects; taking meeting minutes, coordinating domestic and international travel. Role requires an intuitive individual with the ability to stay ahead of processes and anticipate needs without being asked. A good fit is someone who can operate in a fast-paced environment, with an eye for detail and a good attitude. This role assists with variety of functions from assisting with expected and unexpected Board members at any time to fetching coffee and moving cases of wine for events.
Dress code is business casual. Hours are 9am-6pm.
